Shipping & delivery
We currently ship to Greece, Cyprus, Romania, and Bulgaria. Free shipping is available for orders over 60€ within Greece, 100€ within Bulgaria, and 120€ within Cyprus via Box Now. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination; however, this may vary due to courier processing times, seasonal demand, and local delivery conditions.
For countries where we do not currently offer direct shipping, you can still shop our full range through our Skroutz Marketplace store here: Skroutz Marketplace Curlhop, where orders can be placed from additional locations.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and any special instructions.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order confirmation for urgent updates.
If your order is returned to Curlhop, we will either:
- Refund the product cost (shipping non-refundable) or
- Reship to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.
If the package is lost or not returned, Curlhop cannot be held responsible.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees. Curlhop is not liable for delays or extra charges due to customs. Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed and shipped; shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is fulfilled.

RETURNs & REFUNDS
We want you to love your hair—and your Curlhop products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include: mini/travel sizes, accessories (combs, brushes, clips, turbans, etc.), perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
If free products are included with your order as part of a promotion or offer, these items must also be returned together with the purchased products. If the accompanying free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to delay the refund of the purchase price until the free gift has been received.
To initiate a return, email returns@curlhop.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or sent incorrectly.
Please note: refunds for returns (unless caused by a mistake on our part or a damaged item) will cover the product value only, not the original shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges can only be processed by returning the original item, receiving a refund, and placing a new order for the desired product.
Discounts, Pricing, and Invoicing
We offer our customers various discounts, gift vouchers, and promotional coupons. Their use is governed by specific terms and conditions, which are communicated in each applicable case. Unless otherwise stated, each discount or gift voucher may be used only once, and only one voucher of the same type may be applied per purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts and vouchers cannot be combined. If the value of a gift voucher exceeds the total value of the purchase, the remaining balance is not transferred to a new voucher and is not refundable.
All prices for goods and services are shown inclusive of the applicable VAT rate at the time the order is placed. If the VAT rate changes before the sales contract is completed or before the goods are shipped, the customer may be required, depending on the selected payment method, to settle any underpayment of the purchase price. In the event of an overpayment, the seller will contact the customer promptly by email to arrange the appropriate refund method.
You will receive your receipt included with your products. If you require the receipt in a different format, please contact us at info@curlhop.com and we will be happy to assist you.

For this reason, we are not responsible for defective items, allergic reactions, or any adverse effects that may occur. At the moment, we operate primarily online; however, we are pleased to partner with John & Mary’s Supermarket, where all our products are available for in-store shopping and convenient pickup.
