Return Period

We want you to love your curls—and your Curlhop products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unopened, with all tags.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

• Mini, sample, or travel-size products.
• Accessories (combs, brushes, clips, bonnets, turbans, etc.).
• Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, or personal care items.
• Sale items and gift cards.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@curlhop.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly. Use a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact returns@curlhop.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Curlhop will evaluate the issue and provide guidance to resolve it.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
