Shipping Costs & Delivery Information
We currently ship to Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, selected courier service, and parcel weight.
Greece
Local Delivery & Store Pickup (Rhodes)
Free of charge.
Box Now Lockers
€3.50 per order, or free for orders over €60.
If you select Box Now delivery, please enter your chosen locker address or locker number in the address field during checkout. If no locker details are provided, your parcel will be shipped to the Box Now locker closest to the delivery address entered.
Geniki Taxydromiki (GT Europe)
- 0–2 kg: €6.90
- 2.01–3 kg: €7.90
- Additional charges apply for heavier parcels based on weight.
Please note that free shipping is not available for Geniki Taxydromiki shipments within Greece.
Cyprus

Important Information
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number, which will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.
Please note that differences in shipping costs between courier services reflect the pricing policies and invoicing structure of each carrier and do not indicate a faster or express delivery service unless explicitly stated.
While we work closely with our courier partners and are always happy to assist with shipment enquiries, delivery times are ultimately dependent on the selected carrier. Curlhop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, our team will gladly support you in resolving any delivery-related issues whenever possible.
Incorrect or Lost Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and any special delivery instructions. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may result in delayed delivery or loss of the package. If your order is not delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to Curlhop, we may:
- Refund the cost of the product (shipping costs are non-refundable), or
- Reship the order to the correct address for an additional shipping fee, communicated prior to reshipping.
If your order is not returned to Curlhop or becomes lost due to an incorrect shipping address, Curlhop cannot be held responsible for the package and will not provide a refund.
Important: Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
International Shipping & Customs
For shipments within our shipping regions, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Curlhop is not liable for delays, additional charges, or customs-related issues.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once fulfilled, any changes—including shipping address updates—cannot be accepted. Contact support@curlhop.com within 30 minutes of receiving your order confirmation to request modifications.

Curlhop acts solely as a reseller of haircare products and does not manufacture them. We are not responsible for defective items, allergic reactions, or adverse effects. Individual results may vary depending on hair type, skin sensitivity, or other factors.
We strive to provide accurate product information, but formulations may change. Customers must carefully read product labels, ingredients, and instructions before use. Any liability for defects or adverse effects belongs to the manufacturer, not Curlhop. Our role is to facilitate safe purchases and provide correct information to the best of our knowledge.
