As a Shampoo:
Apply an ample amount to wet hair, rub between palms and gently lather through hair and scalp. Massage gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

As a Body Wash:
Apply a small amount to a warm, wet washcloth. Gently cleanse face and body, then rinse well and towel dry.
