Step 1: After cleansing your hair, gently blot excess water from your hair and apply a couple of pumps of conditioner to the palm of your hand.

Step 2: Comb through into your hair using your finger tips with a focus on the ends.

Step 3: Place a shower cap on and leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4: Then rinse out thoroughly with warm water.
